What Are the Disadvantages of Staying in a Large RV Park?
However, even though you have advantages to staying at a large RV park, you may also find some disadvantages. If you want to escape crowds for a weekend of solitude, you won’t find it at a big RV park.
You’ll always have people walking around, dogs barking, and children laughing and playing games. Although the park may have quiet hours, the daytime has plenty of noise and fun. This may not be the type of getaway you expect.
You can also lose the personal service of a small campground. Some of these resorts don’t even have a check-in. You simply drive to your site, set up, and you’re good to go until check-out.
If you want friendly, personal interactions with campground staff, you’re less likely to find that at a large RV park.
Are the Largest RV Parks in the US Right for You?
Only you can decide if one of the largest RV parks in the US is right for you. If you want endless activities and resort-like amenities, you’ll enjoy staying at some of these.
But if you prefer the quiet solitude of state parks or the simple life of backcountry camping, you’re better off finding a smaller campground.

But solo travelers who want to reconnect with nature for a weekend won’t find these loud, busy resorts to be their cup of tea.

So ridiculous! A person will find a majority of rules and regulations in a campground aren’t so beneficial for the camper at all.
