NeXus RV is a luxury brand that started as a factory-direct manufacturer in 2010.
Led by co-owners, Claude Donati and Dave Middleton, their niche is Super C motorhomes. They’re incredibly customer-focused.
In 2017, they changed their business model to sell their RVs through dealerships across the United States and Canada. They are one of the fasting growing motorhome manufacturers in North America.
Who Makes NeXus?
In 2019, A&E Realty, a subsidiary of Lerman Enterprises, acquired a majority share of NeXus RV. The NeXus factory is in Elkhart, Ind.
Middleton had the following to say in a statement released after the acquisition, “It is great to have the financial support to grow the company. We have doubled our business in 2018 and we now have become the fastest growing motorhome company in the RV industry. Having Lerman Enterprises believe in the company, and our plan will allow us to get to the next level.”
What Types of RVs Does NeXus RV Manufacture?
NeXus RV specializes in Class C, B+, super C, and 4×4 super C motorhomes. So let’s take a closer look at their lineups.
NeXus’ Class C motorhome models are the Triumph and Phantom. Their Class C RVs have a Ford V8 7.3L gas engine. And they have an all-steel composite construction for a strong and safe ride.
The Triumph and Phantom have four floor plans ranging from 25 feet to 32 feet 9 inches. Each has a full-size bathroom and large master bedrooms. One model has a bunkhouse.
In addition, they have residential-style appliances and furnishings.

The Viper is NeXus’ Class B+ motorhome. It has the quality features the brand is known for but in a shorter, narrower body.
The Viper sits on a Ford chassis with a V8 7.3L gas engine. And like their Class C RVs, it has an all-steel composite construction.
The Viper has three floor plans. Each has a queen-size bed and a dinette that converts into a bed. They also have full-size dry bathrooms, kitchens, and an entertainment center.
The exterior lengths range from 24 feet 8 inches to 30 feet 8 inches.
Class Super C
The Super C motorhomes by NeXus RV include the Triumph SC, Wraith, and Ghost. These Super C diesel RVs sit on an International MV chassis with a Cummins 6.7L ISB engine paired with Allison’s 6-speed automatic transmission.
In addition, it has the all-steel composite construction NeXus is known for to make for a safe, durable, and thermally insulated motorhome.
The Triumph SC lineup has five floorplans that range from 30 feet 11 inches to 36 feet 1 inch long. Each has a massive 75-gallon freshwater tank, keeping you boondocking longer.
And the furnishings and appliances are residential-style in these tiny homes on wheels.
The Wraith models have even bigger freshwater tanks, which have a maximum capacity of 85 gallons. And the four floor plans range from 32 feet 5 inches to 36 feet 1 inch long.
The exterior of the Wraiths has seamless gel coat fiberglass sidewalls, full-body paint, fully automatic leveling jacks, heated and remote mirrors, tire valve extenders, and more.
The Ghost has four floor plans that range from 33 feet to 37 feet ⅝ inch long.
Features you’ll find on these large Super C motorhomes include a bedroom and living air conditioner, heated and enclosed holding tanks, a 2,000-watt converter, and an 8.0 Onan diesel generator.
Its largest model, the 37DS, has a bath and a half.
4×4 Super C
NeXus’ 4×4 Super C motorhome has a 350 HP Duramax engine with an Allison 6-speed 1750 Series transmission.
It also has 19.5-inch aluminum rims, an emergency start switch, an engine block heater, and a 15,000-pound hitch with a seven-way plug. The GCWR on this RV is 37,500 pounds.
It comes in two floor plans. The 30R is 30 feet 11 inches long, and the 35R model is 34 feet 11 inches long.
Each has a large primary bedroom in the rear, a full-size bathroom, kitchen, a dinette, and a couch. In addition, they have residential-style furnishings and appliances you can expect in a NeXus.

Who Makes Viper Motorhomes?
NeXus makes Viper motorhomes. The Class B+ is part of NeXus RVs’ lineup of motorhomes. The Viper offers all of the quality of a Super C but in a smaller package. It’s built on a Ford E-350 chassis and runs on the Triton V-10 gas engine.
