From rooftop decks to two-story designs, you won’t believe a home on wheels can be as expansive as these. Let’s look at five of the largest RVs ever made.

These motorhomes range from spectacular to downright awe-inspiring. But with the major curb appeal and massive living quarters, you can expect a huge price tag. Let’s see just what it takes to own one of these gigantic RVs.

Marathon Prevost H3

The 45-foot Prevost H3-45 Double Slide 1273 by Marathon Coach retails for $2.2 million. It features a king bed, a walk-in closet, and 1.5 bathrooms. A small stairway near the cockpit leads to the rest of the RV, creating a natural separation between the two areas.

The coach also has many luxurious features, like heated natural stone flooring, curio cabinets, handmade glass sinks, and 90 feet of awnings. Plus, each coach in this line has a one-of-a-kind exterior paint job.

Newmar King Aire

The King Aire Motorcoach 4584 comes in at a whopping 44 feet but is still the smallest on our list. This coach, made by Newmar, features high-end finishes, like a residential spa shower and an exclusive line of fabric from the Ralph Lauren Home Collection. The RV features a hydraulic step system that automatically opens and closes the exterior steps. This all-electric coach even includes a washer and dryer. The luxury coach starts at just under $900,000.

eleMMent by Palazzo

This 45-foot motorhome by Marchi Mobile might just be the most luxurious and astounding mobile home ever. Motorsports, yachting, and aviation-inspired the look of the RV. The eleMMent Palazzo includes a sky lounge and costs about $3 million, making it the most expensive on our list of largest RVs.

The land yacht’s most incredible feature is its automatic lift-system deck that rises from the roof to create a rooftop terrace. The rooftop deck features electronic railings, plus a u-shaped patio seating area and awning that automatically rise with the push of a button. Inside, there’s a large skylight and windows that span both sides of the motorhome for plenty of light.

Will Smith’s RV by Anderson Mobile Estates

Will Smith’s double-decker mansion on wheels by Anderson Mobile Estates features 1,200 square feet. It’s the largest RV on our list in terms of liveable space. The actor stayed in the RV while filming major motion pictures like Men In Black 3 and The Pursuit of Happyness.

The roof can rise more than 42 inches. The coach includes a 30-person screening room with a 100-inch drop-down television screen. The RV also has granite countertops, 14 television screens, and more than $100,000 worth of electronics. It costs $2.5 million, but you can pay $9,000 per week to rent it and see the extravagance up close for yourself.

PowerHouse Ultra Line Coach

This Powerhouse Ultra Line Coach by Powerhouse Coach is the largest RV on our list in terms of length. The coach is 52-feet long, but it spans a total of 122-feet once you add on the additional tow carriage and a boat behind that. This quad-slide coach carries so much weight that you have to haul it with a semi.

Inside the RV, you’ll find all the typical amenities you’d find in a home. There’s a seating area with bunks and a desk that connects the cab to the large living area. Other features include a kitchen with a dishwasher, washer and dryer, and three exterior awnings. This coach starts at $406,000.
